Competitive sessions are invitation-only, with a minimum of two 2-hour classes per week led by British Gymnastics-qualified, DBS-checked instructors trained in safeguarding. Trampoline classes focus on safety and skill development for competitions at county, regional, and national levels. Each child receives personalised instruction and progresses at their own pace, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience in every monitored class.
